I just wanted to send you a note to let you know how much I enjoyed the trip down to Louisville and the marvelous hospitality that I encountered. My companion, 'Harold the Herald' also enjoyed himself and met about two dozen people who had had experiences with or had owned a Triumph Herald back in the sixties or early seventies. I invited these people to sit in the car to have their picture taken by whomever they were with. Most were surprised at the invitation but 'Harold the Herald' is no 'trailer queen' but rather a real working car during the good weather.

I have been attending the Bash since basically the first year and with this years Bash I can truly say I never thought I would see the day the cars featured in the Diamond in the Rough class would be better than the cars winning the show when we first started. I saw more cars than I have ever seen with the largest variety since the show started, great job!
